Wood Heights Fire is always looking for ways to help the public be better informed of training and general knowledge about the fire service.  We will setup any training sessions that you may need for your business or neighborhood.  We have personnel able to train from fire extinguisher training thru first responder training.  Some training is held outside of the Wood Heights Fire Dept.

Our department this year is going to be a lot more involved with Elkhorn Elementary School to help educated kids on the importance of fire safety.  We always love to see the smiling faces of the kids when we pull up in the big red fire truck. The smile on the kid’s faces makes our job one of the best jobs ever.  The more kids we educate we can help keep accidents and fires from starting.
