FIRE DEPARTMENT AUXILLARY

The fire department auxillary is a big supporter in the funding of alot of the departments needs.  The auxillary is comprised of fire department members family, spouses, citizens of the district, and also retired firefighters.  The auxillary is always looking for help and welcome anyone to apply to join the auxillary.  The auxillary holds fund raisers, works consession stands, pancake breakfasts, chilli suppers,etc... to raise money to purchase equipment needed by the department for the station as well as equipment to use on the trucks.  Some of the recent equipment purchases by the auxillary for the department includes: digital camera (used to take pics of scenes for reports, documentation on arsons, and for training, Pulse Oximetry Meter (Medical equipment used to measure oxygen in the patients blood and pulse to help treat the patient more efficently), and many more.
